Swim, bike, run — under one roof.

Swim — 50 m, 8 lanes
Bike — 250 m, UCI Category A
Run — 333 m indoor track
Why the track suits triathletes
- Every effort is measurable. Same surface, same temperature, same 250 metres, every time — so numbers compared week to week actually mean something.
- Track bikes are fixed-gear with no brakes. You cannot coast, which tends to smooth out a pedal stroke in a way a trainer never quite does.
- Winter does not interrupt it. From October to April the honest alternative is a basement and a fan.
- Brick sessions without a commute — pool, boards and running track are a few minutes apart, all indoors.
Getting started
You will need certification first.
The boards are open to anyone who can ride a bike — but not on day one. Track bikes have no brakes and no freewheel, so every rider starts with our certification course: four short, coached levels that take you from a first lap on the flat to riding independently in a group. Bikes and helmets are provided.
Once you are accredited you can book open track sessions and ride whenever they suit your week, on your own program.

We do not run a dedicated triathlon program yet — the building came first, and the programming is catching up. [TBD: confirm the triathlon partnership and any joint programming before this page goes further.]
If you coach a triathlon club or squad and want track time now, the velodrome can be booked privately — coaching and rental bikes included if you need them. Enquire about a private booking →
